These General Conditions of Purchase (hereinafter, the "General Conditions") govern sales made by Inksthetik, owner and operator of inksthetik.com (hereinafter, the "Website"), with respect to products and services available through the Website.

By making a purchase through the Website, the customer (hereinafter, the "Customer") agrees to be bound by the following General Conditions. Inksthetik reserves the right to amend these conditions at any time, without prior notice, but changes will not apply to purchases already made. We recommend that you read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making any purchase.

1. Scope of Agreement

These General Conditions exclusively govern the online sale of digital products and services offered by Inksthetik. Any person wishing to access and use the Website declares to be at least 18 years of age and to have full legal capacity. Inksthetik reserves the right to take all necessary actions to prevent fraud or suspicious activity, including declining orders or canceling transactions.

2. Restrictions on Purchases

There are currently no restrictions on purchases of digital portrait services. All products are available for purchase worldwide. Payment is accepted via GCash, Bank Transfer, or PayPal.

3. Price

The price of the products will be the one quoted at the time of purchase. Inksthetik reserves the right to change product prices at any time, although price changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed. Promotions, discounts, or special offers may be applied at the sole discretion of Inksthetik and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

4. Payment

Payment is required prior to the processing of any order. By completing a purchase, the Customer agrees to pay the total amount of the order, including any applicable fees or charges. Inksthetik shall not be liable for any damages arising from unauthorized or fraudulent use of payment methods. Customers are encouraged to exercise caution when providing payment details online.

5. Delivery

All products offered by Inksthetik are digital in nature and will be delivered electronically. No physical shipping is involved. Delivery times are estimated and may vary based on the complexity of the order, queue volume, and other factors. Standard turnaround time is typically within 5 business days unless otherwise specified.

6. Exchange & Return Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No exchanges or returns will be accepted once the artwork has been delivered. However, Inksthetik is committed to Customer satisfaction and will work with Customers to resolve any issues or concerns. Unlimited minor revisions are offered until the Customer is fully satisfied with the final artwork.

7. Product Availability

While we strive to make all products available for purchase, occasionally a product may be unavailable. In such cases, Inksthetik will notify the Customer and offer an alternative or a full refund.

8. Right to Not Accept Order

Inksthetik reserves the right to cancel or decline any order in the following circumstances: (a) errors in pricing or product information, (b) suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions, (c) product unavailability, (d) requests for major customizations that exceed the scope of our services.

9. Right of Withdrawal

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. The Customer acknowledges that digital products are created on a per-order basis and involve time and effort that begins immediately upon receipt of payment. For this reason, no refunds will be issued once work on an order has commenced.

10. Security

Inksthetik uses secure payment gateways, including PayPal, to ensure Customer data is protected. However, Customers are advised to exercise caution when providing personal or financial information online. Inksthetik is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to Customer data that is beyond its control.

12. Applicable Law
